OPTIS presents driving simulator software at the DSC 2015
The virtual prototyping company OPTIS took part–together with the asc(s–at the Driving Simulation Conference Europe - DSC 2015 and presented its simulation software.
In the exhibition OPTIS gave a live presentation of their driving simulator software VRX for adaptive headlamps; the visitors could test the close-to-reality depiction of night rides themselves. In his lecture, Günther Hasna, the CTO of OPTIS, showed the advantages of integrating light and visual effects into driving simulation and provided an outlook on the use of the VRX software for automated driving.
